    Do you provide medical advice?

    No. While our approach is grounded in medical science and neuroscience, we focus exclusively on performance optimisation. We don't diagnose, treat, or advise on medical conditions. Our expertise informs our performance strategies, but we maintain clear boundaries between performance consulting and medical care.



    Is this therapy or counselling?

    No. We provide executive performance optimisation using evidence-based strategies combining medical science with business practice. Our focus is enhancing professional performance through understanding stress physiology, cognitive optimisation, and sustainable excellence. While we address stress management and utilise learnings from psychology we don't provide psychotherapy or mental health treatment.


  • Can I start with a single consultation or do I initially need undertake to a structured program?

    Yes, you absolutely can start with a single session. These sessions provide the flexibility to address specific needs or serve as an introduction to explore our approach.

    How do the programs work and what is the difference between the Foundation and Phoenix Programs?

    The Foundation and Phoenix programs are curated programs specifically designed to provide comprehensive entry points and more structured schemes of work. The Foundation Program focuses on overall performance optimisation while the Phoenix Program specifically addresses stress management and burnout prevention.

    These programs utilise the extended 75-minute session length, to further capture and convey information owing to their foundational nature, as well as implementation of pre and post-assessments and implementation toolkits during sessions.

    If you prefer a more flexible, client-driven approach, our individual sessions provide the opportunity to address specific needs or agendas in a less structured format.

    What happens after program completion and can I extend the scope of work/number of sessions?

    Yes absolutely, Clients generally maintain periodic check-ins following the completion of the programs. Beyond this, we find many clients extend the scope and depth of this work through ongoing sessions. Single sessions can be booked when and if required for this.

    Can I block book sessions? Is there a discount for packages of 10, 20 etc sessions?

    No. We are not here to oversell or commit you to long programs or schemes of work you do not need. We strongly feel the focus should always be "are we delivering value to you". As such on principle each session is booked by our clients on the merit of this continued value.

    Where programs are offered, each has been curated and designed in a way that provides maximum impact and value in a discrete period, for this reason.

    We feel confident in the service we provide and the value we bring.

    Do you offer corporate programs and services?

    Yes, we provide tailored organisational solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with your HR requirements and existing structures. In addition to 1:1 client work, we can design or adapt schemes of work to include workshops, presentations, or other formats based on your specific needs.

    Where required, we also offer individualised support and consultation for HR teams, addressing opportunities or challenges they may be navigating.

  • What is the pricing structure for an individual session?

    Individual Sessions are priced at £295.

    To secure your booking, payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Please note that sessions will only be confirmed when payment has been received.

    What is the pricing structure of the Foundation and Phoenix Program?

    The Foundation Program and Phoenix Programs are each priced at £1400.

    Payment in full is required at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first session.

    What Payment methods do you accept, and how will I be invoiced?

    We currently use Stripe as our secure payment process. Once you book a session or program you will receive an invoice via email and a link to complete your payment. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, ensuring a safe and seamless transaction process.

    Are sessions in-person or virtual?

    Virtual sessions are offered via secure platform. Currently, we use Zoom Professional to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients.

    What happens if I need to cancel or request a refund?

    For single consultations:

    Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee.

    The Foundation or Phoenix programs:

    Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first session will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made after the first session but at least 48 hours before the second session, a partial refund of 50% of the total program fee will be issued. Beyond this point, no refunds will be provided for the program.

    In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

    How do you handle confidentiality and data protection?

    We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection. All client information is handled with complete discretion and securely stored in compliance with GDPR requirements. Sessions are conducted via secure virtual platforms— to ensure your privacy at all times.

    We recognise that our clients, including executives and professionals, often share sensitive personal and commercial information. Our approach ensures both personal and corporate confidentiality.   • How will my progress be measured?

    We utilise structured assessment frameworks to track progress, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative changes aligned with your professional objectives. By regularly reviewing implementation outcomes and analysing patterns, we ensure your advancement is consistently monitored and aligned with the goals we have set together.

    Are there guarantees with this work?

    No, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. While we bring sophisticated expertise and proven frameworks to support your development, results depend on various factors, including your level of implementation, individual circumstances, and organisational context. Our commitment is to provide evidence-based strategies, tailored support, and professional guidance while maintaining transparency about the scope and limitations of expected outcomes.

    What is expected of me to achieve the best results?

    Success requires active engagement in the process. The impact of our work together is directly tied to your commitment to implementation and reflection.     Will there be correspondence or follow-up between sessions?

    After each session, you will receive a summary email outlining key points discussed, along with any relevant resources or materials referenced. This allows you to consolidate your understanding and explore supporting materials at your own pace. In addition, we provide specific implementation frameworks and tools designed to help you apply and integrate strategies discussed. These materials support your progress between sessions.

    While we are available for correspondence between sessions to clarify points or provide guidance, our focus is on ensuring the time between sessions is both productive and purposeful. This structure allows us to advance effectively and review outcomes in your next session.

    Will I be overburdened with tasks or work between sessions?

    Our aim is to support you in a way that feels both empowering and manageable. While we may suggest exercises or reflections between sessions to deepen your understanding and reinforce your progress, these are always tailored to align with your capacity and goals. The process is designed to be flexible and purposeful, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with your professional commitments. We are mindful of your time and strive to make the work between sessions meaningful and effective.
